The Russian Patent Office (Rospatent) recently announced a considerable revision of official fees, effective from 6 October 2017.
- For Patents there is a significant increase (about 80%) for a number of official fees.
- For Trade Marks, there is a big incentive to file electronically – a 30% discount of official fees.
- For Industrial Designs there is broadly a 50% increase of official fees.
