Biography
Carol is a Principal and Head of the Shanghai Litigation Group based in Shanghai.
Carol is a PRC licensed lawyer at Lusheng Law Firm, a member of the Rouse Network.
Carol has adept experience advising on IP protection strategies in China. She provides strategic advice in relation to copyright and design protection, well-known trade mark recognition, patent prosecution and litigation, and unfair competition laws, and has managed brand protection programs for several major clients.
Having worked closely with clients on all aspects of IP, she has developed an in-house perspective which enables her to help them develop IP strategies that meet their business needs.
Her major clients include the world’s largest spirits company, a US-based diversified technology company, two famous Canadian toy marketers, one of the biggest U.S. food manufacturers, and one of the biggest Indonesia chemical companies. She is a regular contributor to IP magazines and journals including Managing Intellectual Property, Copyright World, and China Law and Practice.
