Ferdy serves as a Registered Intellectual Property (IP) Attorney and holds the position of senior manager in our Indonesia office. Ferdy is widely recognized for his sharp analytical skills and his keen eye for innovation, qualities that have enabled him to develop a deep specialization in handling intricate issues related to mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, and general science matters. This technical proficiency ensures that clients receive well-informed, precise guidance on a wide range of IP-related challenges.

He carefully reviews technical and legal aspects during examinations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and practice from Indonesian perspective. With his expertise in advanced technology, Ferdy also handles tough office actions and complex portfolios, making him a trusted advisor in the IP field.
