Lyn is an Associate in Lusheng Law Firm Beijing Branch.
Lyn has been working in the Dispute Resolution Team, assisting with IP litigation and advising clients on IP protection strategies. The clients Lyn has been working with cover a wide range of industries, from food & beverages, sports, skincare, to pharmaceutical and manufacturing businesses.
Her daily responsibilities include handling or/and managing IP civil litigations (trademark, trade dress, copyright), negotiating with counterparties, communicating with judges and reporting to clients. Since 2012, Lyn has been on a secondment for a client of Rouse.
