Malin is a Senior Associate in our Stockholm office.
Malin is a qualified European Patent Attorney specializing in patent challenging and defending, in administrative opposition as well as litigation. Malin also works extensively with FTOs and infringement assessments, as well as patent drafting and prosecution.
Malin is specialized in patent challenging and defending, in administrative opposition as well as litigation, and she has been involved in more than a hundred EPO opposition cases. Her professional experience also includes FTOs and infringement assessments, as well as patent drafting and prosecution.
Malin has 25 years of professional patent experience, from the Swedish Patent Office, Swedish industry and private practice. 14 of these years Malin spent as an in-house patent attorney, for large international companies as well as for highly innovative SMEs, in many different technical fields. Since she joined IPQ in 2015, Malin has, beside her work as a patent specialist advisor, focused on continuously enhancing the processes for efficient patent prosecution and patent portfolio management, including patent portfolio pruning.
