Simon is an IP Manager specialising in contentious trade mark matters, enforcement, trade mark clearance and prosecution across the Middle East.

Simon has 17 years of IP experience, originally based in the UK, spent some time doing brand protection in Turkey before moving to Dubai in 2011. Simon re-joined us in 2015 after a part-time secondment in 2012. In the interim, Simon gained valuable experience running a brand protection business in the Middle East. Simon now focuses on contentious trade mark matters, enforcement, trade mark clearance and prosecution across the Middle East.
