Van Anh is a Senior Trade Mark Attorney based in our Hanoi office. 

Van Anh is a qualified lawyer and a registered IP agent before the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam. She handles extensive trade mark portfolios and offers strategic advice on trade mark filings and protection for multinational corporations. 

Van Anh joined Rouse in 2021, prior to which she worked for another high-ranked local practice for seven years. Her areas of practice include counselling on trade mark availability, prosecution, drafting specifications of goods and services, advising and dealing with objections, filing opposition and cancellation proceedings, negotiating for the acquisition of trade marks. Her clients include technology, entertainment, food & beverage, apparel, household appliances, and retail companies.
