Biography
Vivian is an Associate in Lusheng Law Firm Guangzhou Branch.
Vivian has been providing IP litigation service and advising on IP protection strategies to clients from multiple industries, including international luxury brands and world-renowned brands in industries such as toys, lighting, flooring, watches and personal care products. She has represented a number of clients in trademark infringement, copyright infringement and unfair competition litigation cases, some of which have been evaluated as IP typical cases involving a foreign party in Guangdong Province and selected as example cases for judicial protection by the Supreme People’s Court of China. She has good communication and coordination skills, providing clients with full-ranged, flexible and considerate IP protection advice.
Vivian also has extensive experience in domain name dispute resolution. Through rapid domain name dispute resolution procedures (UDRP/CNDRP) and court actions, she has assisted a number of rights-holders to successfully recover domain names, in which some cases have made remarkable breakthroughs in the field of domain name dispute resolution.
