Biography
Yana is the Russia Country Manager. She has been with Rouse since the Moscow office opening in 2013.
She has been practicing IP law since 2007 and has been extensively dealing with contentious and non-contentious matters covering varieties of trade mark, copyright, trade name, domain name, trade secret, and unfair competition issues.
With broad and extensive practical experience, Yana concentrates on providing strategic IP advice in the region (Russia and CIS), as well as in the fields of IP-related commercial, strict, and complex legal issues, including regulatory compliance, data protection, and advertising spheres.
She has a wide range of IP enforcement and prosecution practice, including developing and managing IP enforcement and filling strategies in Russia and CIS for major rights owners in many industry sectors not limited to alcohol, luxury, automotive, telecommunications, energy, and personal care industries. Yana has been involved in litigation in the Arbitration and General Jurisdiction courts, representing clients in various trade marks and copyright infringement, domain names recovery, and unfair competition matters.
